My pc started doing this thing where it decides to shut off my monitors, mouse/keyboard become unresponsive and it starts revving. If i have anything running while it’s doing this i can still hear audio but can’t close the tab. i have to force shut down everytime because clicking the power...

i haven’t purchased it yet but i’m planning on building my first pc for around 1100$ (cad) i’ll be running a ryzen 5 1500x and a gtx 1050ti (4gb). am i able to run games such as battlefield 1, and other titles along that line at steady 45-60fps on high/ultra? or should i hold off another month...
