maybe it s a driver problem ? cause the pixels are evenly distributed and in all the screen sides btw the screen have a trace free technologie, can this be the cause ?

hi i tryed my tv on the pc the problem appear but in verry smal propotion not like the monitor but still the horizontal line will lose the sharpens while scrolling. any solution ? ty

The pixel work fine if the tab or. Page is stabel The distortion only appear while scrolling does that count as a dead pixel or a dealy ? It like they are catching the line

In screenshot it will look clear and sharp Only in photo i can take it And it s not fix row of pixels it will follow the line as the motion go
