That's what I thought. I'd like to upgrade to a mid range computer, so besides the gpu and boosting the ram to 16gb, what would you recommend as good but cheap mid range upgrades to the cpu and any other components.

all my drivers are up to date. it started all of this after i updated my bios to the newest version.

does no one have an answer for me???

my gpu works fine just with vga, but the HDMI doesnt work, it did the same thing when i had my old gpu, the geforce 9500gt

i've tried the dvi to HDMI connector and it didnt work either. can't connect HDMI to mobo no place for it and have tried it on the gpu, nothing.
