PSU been sorted, bought a brand new PSU for my computer. I got a 850w just to be safe and this seemed to fix the issues along with a more stable graphics.

Thanks for the replies, I managed to change my amd graphics to a geforce gtx 1070i and don't seem to have the problems any more. maybe my computer doesn;t like AMD.
