I hear you and from all reviews that I watched on YouTube, Noctua is slightly better than Artic. That said I don't like brown color of Noctua. The price difference of 2.7 x kind of made my final decision.

Thank you for your help. Motherboards is Asus P8P67. I am going to be connecting them to 4-pin CPU_FAN. So far I stopped on two fans below: fans I am going to be using those fans for cooling CPU radiator. Let me know if you recommend other silent fans. thank you!
