Hello, I've got the mentioned keyboard and I can't seem to understand how to modify and customize it. The only file I've found online is a JASON file that's supposed to be used with VIA but for some reason, VIA won't recognize the keyboard.

Thanks for the quick reply. One of the case's fans has an extra wire that was connected to this wire when I just opened to box and saw the case for the first time. While doing the cable management, I disconnected it. Putting it back in place didn't do the trick. Image
