I have almost no knowledge about surround sound and stuff like that, i got an asrock z97-e motherboard, and im getting astro a40 7.1 headset. I play alot of fps games, mostly cs go. So i was wondering am i able to get 7.1 surround sound, or do i need to buy a sound card?

As the title says, which case is better, interms of performance and cooling. The parts i got is: gtx 690, i5-4690k, asrock z97e-itx mobo, 2x4 corsair dominator ram, coolermaster v850w, h100i.
