Did you try to connect you display to your mainboard graphic output (using the intel integrated graphics) do check that it isn't a display failure?

Is your RAM running at 3200 MHz, meaning did you enable the XMP profile in your BIOS? And yeah i also think it really could be the graphics card because i cant reach the 100 fps either with my GTX 1070

Yes that was exactly what i did. On my 3rd attempt to flash the BIOS it shut off just for a second but restarted immediatly. I switched off my PSU and i gave it a try to build in my CPU, Cooler, RAM and GPU and this time it worked and i could access the BIOS. All my stuff was detected.
