Alright i will get right into the point, and what i have done... So, if i try to turn on my computer as normal, it boots up like normal and says press del or f2 to boot into bios, when i press f2 or del, it completely ignores it and boots right into windows 10 after waiting 3 seconds.... Now...

Alright... I can't explain very well with words, but my goal I am trying to get is basically fullscreen mode, but not on full screen... By this I mean, When in fullscreen on programs such as chrome, the window will look like this. I was wondering if I can get normal windows to look like that...
