ok so I installed the 21H1 for windows 10 as well as some other updates, but i did not use ddu to reinstall the gpu drivers as I recently reinstalled them because i did a reinstall of windows 10 to try and fix the issue (didnt fix anything either). the updates didnt seem to help at all though

i reboot my pc everyday so i dont think it will help

I returned the motherboard because I was not able to verify the bios, but they told me it was up to date, and completely working.

I tested it on another PSU and same result. Like I said I performed the paper clip test on the psu and it was fine. Also the psu worked on another motherboard. I think the motherboard might just be bad?
