You just plug both of them into any available slots. If I were you I'd put them in the most logical connectors like 0 and1 or 1 and 2 depending on how your mobo labels them.

I'm gonna agree with the above poster, but my question is this: Do you want PCI-X or not? Most mobos have PCI and PCIe, but will PCI-X benefit you?

For that GPU, you're not losing any performance unless the drivers on that mobo aren't as efficient. If I remember correctly a card like the X1950XT can't even use the bandwidth of a PCIe X4 let alone X16.

Hmm... for that mobo you don't have a SCSI controller from what I know. If you're planning on those SCSI's you'll need to get a seperate controller. Now I don't know if you're planning on PCI or PCIe for the controller but you'll definitely need it.

Well, I think the first thing you have to look at is whether or not the game can work with multiple processing cores. If it can than you can look into dual and quad-core CPUs. And for now I'd say you could get away with an 8800GTS and have some pretty decent fps. On the RAM, I'd say that 4GB...
