nevermind when I use the ping check in cmd I get like spikes up to 1000ms

Hello so I play a lot of games like cs go r6 and more but I have lag spikes. The thing is that it doesn t appear in cmd when I use " ping -t google.com" it s very consistent there. But I can see some spikes in task manager. Oh and I used Ping potter and there I have 2000 ms latency..........
