i would rather play a game on ultra settings at 144hz on 1080p rather than play medium settings on 4k with 60hz. I'm more into the fast-paced games so 144hz would help a lot. In the future i might get another 980 ti and a 4k monitor but for now 144hz is good.

I am building a custom loop and I need to know if there is something different between the different brands other than coolers. I will put a water block on it so I will end up scraping the cooler anyway. I will be overclocking it so does having the higher factory overclock make any difference...

I'm building a gaming pc and I am going to overclock. Does the speed make a difference. The higher speed are more expensive but is it worth getting. I'm planning on Corsair Vengeance pro.

You should be fine but you definitely won't be able to add a third 980 ti and you will be pretty close to the limit

no it won't not even a i5-4690k would bottleneck two 980 ti. you should be fine as that processor can handle more than 3 titans

You can't find a review because gtx 980 ti only got release 1 or 2 weeks ago at Computex. They are almost as good as a Titan but but for way cheeper.
