Interesting read on those power states. I'll go back to the BIOS and see if I can change anything related to those power states and report back if anything changes.

I checked the settings, I don't have the hybrid sleep option there but I did disable HDD sleep timer @Vic 40 . Wake timers were enabled already.

I updated the BIOS, tried with the stock settings and I had the same problem. Changed and tweaked my settings (XMP, virtualization, etc) and the issue still persists.

Good choice on the X3D chip. If I were you I would have gone with an AMD card, a 6700XT for instance, but it's your money. Don't worry about getting another monitor, just dabble a bit with each game's settings and you'll get at least 90fps on any title. Also, I recommend not going over 120Hz...

As everyone else says, it may come down to what version your output and input are. Other thing that may be important is audio, I've only been able to transmit audio via HDMI, not DP.

I assume you're using RTSS to monitor telemetry. I'd suggest you run a benchmark and use GPU-Z/CPU-Z to see if you're actually having an issue or not.
