Sorry for the late reply, I tried doing that just now and it still doesn't work, so I'm guessing there's a faulty component in here?

Touched the pins with a screwdriver, nothing happened. Is my PSU busted?

I pressed the memok button the first time around, but I thought it might be easier to picture the whole thing with some photos I took, the mobo is outside the case until it works, if it does. This is the 24pin ATX, the 4pin 12V and the CPU fan.
