I have an AMD graphics card and its now in black and white. The weird thing is that when i first boot my computer the windows logo is in color. Any help?

when i go to download a app it ask for my email and pass and i type it in. Then it just goes back to the section(games) screen where all the other app are located but doesnt start to install

Ok so i have a usb/sata adapter that when i plug it up the access light comes on but the power light doesnt. I would connect it to my power supply but the usb adapter takes up both spots. also the there are 2 usb wires. i plug both of them in and it still wont come on! Please Help!!
