    Set the monitor to DVI only, still no change. The video card is in PCI-E slot 1 and is defaulted in the BIOS to that setting. I've also tried disabling Intel video within the BIOS. When I have the Nvidia driver uninstalled and the video card running off Microsoft's standard VGA adapter...

    Yup, DVI cable. I don't have a VGA cable readily available, so I haven't been able to try that (PNY did provide an adapter). I just tried uninstalling and then using older drivers, but didn't get any change. Updated back to current drivers.

    Thanks for getting back to me! The Intel graphics don't show up in the Device Manager, so it seems it's been overridden by the Nvidia graphics. Sorry, forgot to mention the monitor. It's a Samsung S24A300B. I've been using it with my 8800GT and Windows 7 for a few years now with no problems.
