I would go with unlocked i5 for gaming. Hyperthreading will get you advantage in 3D modeling and rendering apps not so much in games. Four cores without HT and higher frequencies (OC) will give you better gaming experience then four cores+HT with lower frequencies.

Hm... A PC case noise benchmark test without a HDD??? SSD is totaly silent, but HDD can make quite a bit of noise, and is still a basic part of every PC today. You guys seem to have forgotten something.
