Do you think this phone is legit?

lol you're probably right, I just meant as to how fake phones often have dangerous/explosive batteries.

Do you think this phone is legit?

I was looking around for a new phone, and while I know the Galaxy S6 is probably better, this phone is just too cheap to pass up http://www.ebay.com/itm/181840267708?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT but it looks super sketchy. Any ideas of if it's legit or not? I'd...

    Corsair link commander mini

I wasn't a huge fan of having to constantly run the software to control my fans. Ended up hawking it & just hooking every fan to my motherboard (with splitters) for speed control. A much cheaper alternative anyways.

    Are these temps safe, with 970a g46 - fx 4300 oc-ed?

Not entirely sure on the safe socket temp for the FX-4300, but I know the FX-83xx CPU's max out at 75C on the socket, so that's probably a good temp to stick to. VRM temps can usually go much higher, but that depends on the quality of the VRM that the motherboard manufacturer used. The general...

    Are these temps safe, with 970a g46 - fx 4300 oc-ed?

Great temps. Nice & frosty CPU. Safe temps are around 60C max. The TMPIN sensors are usually from your motherboard, so you have to look at mobo specs to find out what they are. One of them is the socket, and I think the others are north/south bridge temps.

    Corsair link commander mini

Yes it can. I had one for a week before I sold it on eBay (lol). It does both PWM & voltage control. Also comes with some thermistors & 4-pin cable extenders.

Wirelessly stream video to a PC

There are wifi webcams, so if you're in your house you could use one. Or even get a good wifi hotspot & do that, but it might be laggy that way. I think some GoPro's also allow for wifi streaming. Are you using it in your home, or "out & about"?

Best AIO water cooler from the list

I don't think so. From their website "LGA2011-V3/LGA2011/LGA1366/LGA1156/LGA1155/LGA1151/LGA1150" Here are some AIO's that say they fit LGA775...

Questions on 1st gaming PC but on a budget..

    1) You can upgrade from Windows 7/8 to 10 for free, for a little while. 2) Yes, but I'm not sure about its quality as I can't find any reviews. 3) No, I'd be surprised if you even got stock speeds. The motherboard would be bad for that CPU. 4) Not amazingly, but it'll do fine for stock speeds...

Best AIO water cooler from the list

I'd go with the Deepcool Maelstrom 240. The size alone will put it ahead of the other, smaller radiators you listed.

    Zotac GTX 970 Watercooling

http://configurator.ekwb.com/step1_complist?gpu_gpus=1519 Not a reference design, you'll have to use a universal block to watercool it. Probably not worth it unless it's running way hot.

Msi 290x trade with Asus Mars 760

It's a dual-GPU card that uses two GTX 760 (not ti) chips. Don't bother trading, not really worth it unless you don't mind the chance of microstuttering. I guess technically it'll be faster, but only on games that utilize SLI. Otherwise it'll be slower when it can only run a single chip.

What GPU for Ultra 4k gaming?

R9 Fury X is currently better than the 980 ti at 4K. That said, on ultra I think you'd be looking at sub-60 fps. You'd probably need to run Crossfire to do what you want.
