Something very strange is going on with my hope network connection. There are 3 laptops connected to my network over WiFi and one desktop through Ethernet. All three laptops have high internet speeds like 4.5-5.3 Mbps but my desktop is getting like .5 I have turned off the WiFi router to plug in...
