So when I start my computer and I'm on my deskop, my cpu is running fine (1400MHz) but when I do a specific thing (like going on the internet, clicking on the windows menu), it runs at 3800MHZ!!! I was fine since the day I got my pc but I now have this problem since yesterday. I did nothing...
