Thank you. Yes, the MB is brand new. ASROCK 990FX Extreme3. None of the hardware has been previously used.

I have not OC'd anything at all. I have tried different video cards as well. I have not tried just one memory slot. I'll give that a shot when I get home.

This is 4 sticks of 8 GB RAM, 10600. I've tried different speeds and manufacturers as well.

I have a new AMD 8 core processor, 32GB RAM, with a ASROCK 990FX Extreme board. And no matter what OS I try to install, it always locks up - except Windows Server 2016, which installs fin, including various Linux flavors. I've disabled / enabled Secure Boot, and tried with UEFI as well as...
