I can't for the life of me figure out of how to do it and There's literally no guides online either

I have a cooler master hyper 212 evo and I do want to get the 7700k but im worried about the temperature being crazy even at stock and I'm not quite sure that 7 case fans and my cpu cooler is quite going to cut it, if I was to get the 7700k it would be at stock until I could get a better cooler...

to my knowledge the SC2 comes overclocked but I won't be overclocking the i7 6700k for a while so would a good 550w psu be enough?

I have no interest in overclocking so I'm wondering if the i7 6700 non k will be good for gaming at 1080p 144hz for atleast 1-2 years?
