When refresh win 11 from MS over internet, computer hardware is changed from "meets requirements for enhanced hardware security' to does not meet the requirements for standard hardware security'. Is there any way to stop MS from doing this?

For completeness McAfee gives error "McAfee (.....) failed to start with error .... MB gives errors MBAM (....) failed to start with error .... and MBAM Cameleon (...) failed to start with error ... So, does this have anything to do with the fatal hardware errors?
