Yes have tried that sync but the colors always return to the wrong state after the color sequence is saved.

I purchased a new not used unit, but rgb adaptor cable was missing, purchased a Plantec 4 pin rgb adaptor cable and fitted, all works well, except cant sync rgb colours with Asus Tuf Gaming B550 board. Colours mixed up, green when should blue and blue when shoulld be Red. What is wrong please.
