make sure that you clean all remaining dried outt thermal paste then wipe it out with an alchohol let it dry then reaaply a better thermal paste.

try booting up your pcf out of the case. i hope you know how to disasemble it the n assemble it outside the case

have you tried resetting the bios to default settings? 2.) have you tried using a diff port at the back of the card i.e use the hdmi or the dvi ports? if it still doesnt boot up try these last step. there might be some stresss point at the motherboard try removin g the motherboard from the case...

try using the 6pin proivided with the card connect it to a molex there might be a problem with the 6 pin coming from the psu itself

ok you mentioned you plug in the old gpu , what model is that card? and what psu are you using ryt now

@BlueBossGamer with all due respect gt 730 would never be at par with gtx 460. dont be confused wiht the numbers bro 730 might be a higher number than 460 but that doesnt mean its faster heres a proof from this site itself...

if your motherboard has an on board gpu try using that one to access the bios then under bios look for the option "init display" set it to pci-e. the turn off you pc. re mount your gpu lets see whatll happen

dude if you have a spare monitor where you can test if itll do thesame thing with a diff monitor so we can take the monitor out of the picture and focus on your card.

what psu do you have? wattage and brand, well if im in your situation i would definitely go for an ati hd 5770 msi twin frozr if you can still get one of these. or the gtx 460 evga or an msi twin frozr version. both card are cheap now a days if you can find one on ebay or from a 2nd hand store...
