I just freezed again and this time for some reason it restarted out of it's own

I build my own [Windows 10] PC about 2 months ago, i didn't have any problems the first month but i recently have had a lot of freezes. When it freezes i can't do anything, the only way to get out of it is to hard restart. I have tried almost everything i could find like updating the drivers...

I'm looking to build my first gaming pc but i have no idea what driver's i need to install. My build: -Gigabyte GA-Z270-Gaming K3 -Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 G1 Gaming -Intel Core i7 7700K -Scythe Mugen 5 PCGH Edition (Don't know if this is needed but i thought i'd just throw it out there)...
