Recently I bought an RX 480 8GB for an absolute bargain (around 80 euros) and I tested it out at the guy's place, played PUBG Max settings 70fps. So the card has no issue. I came home and it didn't work, instant thought was the PSU but I needed to upgrade it anyway since I was getting a new CPU...
