Alright, so i changed the psu and the computer still wouldnt work, i changed the graphics card back to my 970 and everything works fine, i use 1 pcie 6+2 on my strix 970 and i use two 6+2 on my 1080. Also, it's only hooked up to a power outlet, noo monitor or peripherals.
