You said to adjust my GPU settings. I've never heard of GPU settings and have no idea what they are. Can you please explain? Also, it doesn't look as though I have a webcam in my monitor, so I can't Skype with you. Is there any way that you (or anyone) can help me here?

I am having the same problem as redmambodancer. I have an Acer monitor and can't adjust the tint. (Windows 10) I can get to the Menu, but I can't DO anything once I'm there. The mouse, arrow keys, cursor keys, and Enter key do nothing. Can anyone help me before I go permanently color-blind?
