answer to your earlier question, get the best cooler you can afford without paying for it more than the cpu.

you have to get educated about under-volting the cpu. these fx cpus are insanely hot and inefficient at that. biggest headache of my whole computer life.

clear everything out of the case and re-build it well. i have reasons to doubt you installed the cpu cooler correctly. crashing is almost always caused by the thermals, or less commonly power problems. now you need to do testing. isolate the possible causes one by one just like a detective.

@urbancamper cool overclock of your old 8350. right now i have it at 4500 on 1.4125 volts. if i go up a notch at ghz it goes nuts. i think i won't go any higher on voltage at the moment.
