As an update.. ran memtest on each individual 8GB dimm and found that three had no issues and one had a problem. So now im only running on 24GB ram with the faulty dimm removed and the system has been stable since. I paid just over $300 for the 32GB but that was like 2 years ago.. maybe GSkill...

Thought I'd post an update.. the three vg24qe's and the GTX 780 is fairly good. I can play BF4 in 5760x1080 at 60hz on high and it looks great. Also bought an EVO SSD and better corsair 850w ps. I played BF4 on ultra at 144hz at 1080p on a single monitor and that was just amazing. Very happy...

Windows suggested I had a memory problem and I ran the Microsoft Memory Diagnostic Tool. After the reboot a dialog box simply said there were errors with my memory and essentially closed after I clicked ok. Further investigated with MemTest86 which instantly came up with errors. Let it run...
