I've seen a couple YT videos saying how bad Asus customer service is, but I've been using Asus mobo's for 19 years with no issues, customer service is like most not so great, they have a set trouble shoot list they follow that most times doesn't help, however thanks to the internet trouble shoot...

in looking at it further I messed up and compared the wrong memory, their prices are actually right in line.

I'm trying to justify using Kingston Fury Beast instead of Corsair DDR5 memory but there is a $50 difference between the two Kingston being much more expensive. Anybody have a good reason why Kingston is the extra $50?
