That's the plan. Thing is, it's a loose drive with stuff (mostly music) I want to save. Wanted to make sure plugging it in on top of a fresh Windows install wouldn't make all hell bust loose.

I plan on swapping-in a new motherboard and processor. Intend to install Win10 to NVME, then plug in the old HDD. Will it work like I hope, i.e.; "old" Win install will just be treated like plain-ol' files, to be deleted at my discretion? The HDD will just be a data drive at that point...
