Update 2: I unplugged my battery from my laptop and now it works fine and doesn't power throttle, Maybe an issue with the connecter or the battery itself. I'm assuming I have to replace my battery?

Update: I reverted my Windows OS and I still have the problem, although I have noted that when playing when I get the power throttling issue, if I unplug and replug it fixes it temporarily until it comes back. Could there be an issue with the power plug, I opened my laptop just before this...

Thank you for the reply, I have come to the conclusion that BD-PROCHOT is not the problem, I'm still not entirely sure what it is. I can note that I actually set my bios settings back to factory default and after that I was able to play without any throttling for around 2 matches (like 1.5 hrs)...
