So does anyone have any thoughts on what I can do to fix my problems? My computer has been getting some really bad lag recently when loading things... Do I need to buy a new SSD/HDD?

I'm not sure... What software n particular? I can just see if I can find it in the uninstall programs thing in the control panel.

My HDD is low too right? and does it seem like I need to get a new one or is something else causing the issue?

I defragged the HDD I believe (clicked optimize on the defrag page) My SSD is at 150/446 GB and my HDD is at 964GB/3.62TB
