This was my issue, not the psu itself, but I had some extension cables that werent allowing my gpu to get the power it needed. Thank you for giving me the idea to check my psu.

I just downloaded them, but sadly it did not fix the issue, I am starting to believe it may very well be a hardware issue. Ill be testing my old gpu to see if the crashes will occur still.

My temps id say are pretty normal for the rtx 3080ti, I average around 70-78 when playing any gpu intensive game. Though this is not me using the program you recommended, I normally use speccy or msi after burner to watch the temps. And the pc doesnt crash all the time, sometimes just the game...
