I just installed the evga gt 750ti. When i switch on the pc it doesnt get past the "press del to enter bios" screen. It just remains there and makes low beeping sounds every now and again. It doesnt let me enter bios. All fans spin up, including the gfx card fan.

I have a motherboard with PCIe 2.0 and i'm looking to buy a PCIe 3.0 graphics card, the MSI R9 270. Is there a big gap in performance between the two?

Is a core-i3 still a good cpu, mainly for gaming. I have a low budget, but if need be i'd upgrade to an i5. Cant use AMD cpus as no local retailers have them.
