    1080p at 144hz with HDMI 1.4?

HDMI version 1.4 supports 1080p up to 120hz. You'll want to check the laptop specifications to make sure the HDMI port runs version 1.4.

HyperX Releases HyperX Predator PCIe SSD

I'll never buy a SSD that costs almost as much as my gaming system...The benefits are not worth it. My 1 TB HDD is great and the games I play have zero issues with loading times. Would I enjoy having one? Of course, it just doesn't make any sense unless I have money to throw away. *shrug*

Dying Light: Performance Analysis And Benchmarks

Game looks interesting but will skip because of poor optimization for AMD cards. I have no issues playing Alien Isolation maxed no drops whatsoever. Would be nice if more developers could get with the program.

Kingston's HyperX Cloud II Pro Gaming Headset, Hands On

I game and play blu rays on my pc. Will the 7.1 be worthwile over my 5.1 soundbar w/subwoofer? I've been wanting a good headset for awhile, but fear they lack the power to give good sound. However, a soundbar in my loud household hampers my ability to hear most sounds clearly. Thoughts?

    BenQ XL2430T 24-Inch 144Hz Gaming Monitor Review

Looks to be a great monitor, but it would be foolish to purchase this with Free Sync capable monitors already showcased at CES!

Best Computer Monitors: October 2014 (Archive)

I do agree with most others. There needs to be monitors that are more affordable. I'm using a BenQ GW2255 VA LED and it's fantastic. Contrast ratios are out of this world, and the colors are rich and varied. It's 21.5" with a fast response time (5 or 6 ms I believe) and it has DVI and VGA. Best...

Best SSDs For The Money: August 2012 (Archive)

Where are the benchmarks for the m.2 sata? Most decent mobos have one, seems like an obvious choice for the increase in performance and smaller size.

Rockstar: Grand Theft Auto 5 PC Almost Complete

I wouldn't mind if it listed 8GB of RAM. I play a lot of different games and I've yet to see RAM usage exceed 3.5GB of RAM. If Rockstar can utilize this to make the game run smoothly instead of running off a HDD all the time, i'm all for it!

AMD Appears To Have Power-Saving 'Dynamic Frame Rate Control' Feature Incoming

This is welcome news. Although AMD is a bit late to the game. I've been using RadeonPro and/or MSI Afterburner w/Rivera to limit my frames and monitor temps for quite sometime...not only that but there's a plethora of other options surprisingly absent from CCC. Omega was a great driver update...

Windows 10 May Not Arrive Until Fall 2015

I'm happy to see they are bringing a more desktop oriented experience. I bought into the "tablet" phase and have since pushed it aside. As fun as it was, i'm over it. Windows 8.1 runs great, but I feel as though half of it is a wasted experience with the apps.

Global Internet Freedom On The Decline In 2014

Let's not forgot we may not have laws pertaining to this, but there has already been people put in jail for what they've said online taken as threats against someone even though they were merely expressing themselves.
