Well, after many hours of trial/error...I FINALLY got Windows 10 to install. I reset CMOS and installed Windows off of a new USB. The USB that I had gotten directly from Microsoft itself to install full version of Windows 10 Home must have been corrupted.

New build on an asus hero ix, i7 7700k, 16 gb Gskill Ram, and with a Samsung Nvme 960 Pro M.2. I'm trying to install windows 10 full home from USB and can get to the first part where I can select Windows setup 64-bit on Boot Manager. After initially loading files, I immediately get an error...
