Hey, as I expected, over a month later the same thing just happened. Screens all went black and GPU fans went to 100%, same WHEA error after rebooting the PC. I don't understand why this is so inconsistent and how to even troubleshoot it at this point.

That makes sense, but surely the cpu shouldn't hit those temps straight away (and especially in games) if it was limited by the capacity of the loop? It will literally hit 100c within 5 seconds of starting the test with the liquid temp being around 28 - 30c and the peak temp of the liquid...
