I wanted to do the same thing and the Speed Shift EPP helped me with it. Checked the box and started from 200 downwards. So, 200 was base clock speed which is 2.2Ghz for me. 180 went up to 2.6Ghz and so on. I finally settled on 160 which gives me 3.1Ghz. I don't know what it is and what those...
