Solved! The problem was in malware. Same issue here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2241194/gpu-load-idle.html I scanned my pc with Malwarebyte, it found malware and deleted it. Now everything is ok. Thank you, Benab3 and RobCrezz! You helped me a lot. Appreciate this.
