I was thinking overclocking, but I'm reluctant due to the age of the processor.

Any suggestions on what to replace the 950 with? I feel like whatever GPU worth getting would be bottlenecked because of the processor.

I found out what the issue is. The CPU temp was running kinda hot, due to the fact that the heat sink came slightly loose from the motherboard and left the CPU slightly exposed.
