intel speed step is for the processor why should I disable it? It's not about the GPU its written when I press F1 for help...

I have been sure that the both Intel and AMD graphics card are working and ok right now, I simply gone to gaming performance and anti aliasing in CCC and made them all on high quality and tried a game, it was so horrible but when I made it on performance again it was fine, although it can be ok...

Thanks for your interest I already seen the warranty by using the service tag at Dell website and it will expire at 14/5 2015 but I didn't buy it from Dell theirself I bought it from a shop at computer shop so they will help me then?
