My CPU (AMD FX 8350 - 8 core) is bottlenecking in games like GTA 5 and some MMO's. It randomly just drops from 60-70 fps to 15-20 fps. i have an AMD R9 390 GPU. So i am asking how do i fix this, i didn't change any settings from both my cpu and gpu i don't know what is causing it if some one...

i was wondering which one is better because i only saw specs that was different with the memory which is in the Asrock 64 gb and the MSI only 32 gb.
