Should I format the PC and do a clean install or should i keep the files and reinstall windows?

My computer is able to write crash dumps and i have tested it with a crash test from Whocrashed however when I get these bluescreens its stuck on 0% and doesnt write any dumps. My SSD is around 4 months old and its health is Good with an average temp of 47° C.
