    I recently built a new PC with: 32 gb G.Skill V DDR4 ASUS 1060 dual Gigabyte ga-z170xp-sli i7-6700K (water-cooled in coolermaster genome) It runs worse than my old PC that had 16gb RAM and a 960, what could the issue be?
