Tbh I'm kinda content it aint working again, sanity is restored and ill just stick with tripple channel. Meh results seem stable now with what a single stick gave me in calculating 1mb 9.999s Also one thing to the boards credit, it actually has it written on the board for which dimms to use...

Now im back to not being able to get four sticks working again, but the speediness improved as i removed sticks? It ran faster with 2 sticks and faster with only 1 stick?

To offer sone context to the memory im Using,Im using the corsair vengance led red 3000 ver 5 and i have had it working just fine in a board i swapped out from less the 72 hrs ago .

is it possible to run quad channel ram without using the suggested dimms? Ill offer some context of what im experienceing I spent 2days trying to get a msi x99 gaming pro carbon based system to accept my fourth stick of ram, using compatability profiles for hynix ics all the way down the board...
