Even if the GPU is safe at 95C you wouldn't want it to reach that temperature. Such heat will reduced the durability of your motherboard and GPU. The ideal temperature for gaming will be around 75 - 85C for a room temperature of 28C.

Hi, thanks for your concern but the reason why PCIEX16 is not working is due to the Graphic Card fan failure. In result it burnt that x16 slot. Fortunately my Graphic card survived though...replaced the fan. Actually you said slower not by much but from your guess how much % reduction? Thanks
